2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations made 30 days before the tour date are eligible for a partial refund.
• Cancellations within less than 30 days are non-refundable.
• No-shows or unused services are non-refundable.
• In the event of severe weather, road closure, or forest reserve restrictions, tours may be rescheduled.
